Summary

This cycling monitor course will provide you with a solid training to become an expert guide in the world of cycling. You will learn about anatomy and physiology involved in physical activity, exercise metabolism, basic and psychomotor physical qualities, planning of specific training and training sessions for road and mountain cycling. In addition, you will learn aspects of nutrition and specific hydration for cyclists, prevention and treatment of injuries, as well as first aid techniques. Become a trained monitor to guide and train cyclists, offering a comprehensive and safe approach for its development in this exciting sport.
