Kickboxing is a combat sport originating in Japan and has presented enormous development in the West, which is characterized by combining boxing techniques with different martial arts techniques such as karate or Muay Thai, which is why it is closely related to eastern martial arts. The Spanish Fitness Federation accredits only the contents referring to physical activity, any mention to technical-tactical aspects is outside its competences and accreditation.
