Summary
The labor compliance refers to the function of prevention and management of the risks associated with the breach of labor regulations within the company. Labor compliance focuses not only on the risk of legal sanctions or the inadmissibility of business decisions in the work environment, but also on the economic and reputation losses that a company may suffer as a result of its inability to achieve compliance with all applicable laws and codes of conduct.

The course in labor compliance prepares students to incorporate control mechanisms and systems, both internal and external, to avoid or minimize the risks derived from a normative breach, seeking an acceptable level of risk to the organization.

The course in labor compliance is aimed at managers, lawyers, responsible for legal advice of companies as well as those who have an equivalent degree or title in business administration and management, business, law, labor, labor relations and human resources or any degree if you want to strengthen your knowledge in the area.
