In recent years, the importance that good food has for health has been revealed. In this context, in addition to traditional foods, new options sponsored by the rise of genetic engineering and biotechnology have been added, creating the concept of “improved foods”, which are fully internalized in our diet, requiring a detailed study by specialized professionals. With our master's degree in food biotechnology you will be able to deepen the study of food and their elaboration, acquiring all the knowledge, skills and competences necessary to design and implement nutritional interventions in various situations.

Official Character
This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
