Master in Public Administration. RVOE SEP: M-025/2023 (05/16/2023) + Master of Permanent Training in Public Administration (60 ECTS credits)

With the Master in Public Administration you will be a professional capable of directing budgetary and operational processes in public institutions, in addition to participating in the design of policies that respond to the social and sectoral needs of the Mexican State. You will obtain the knowledge, skills, attitudes and skills that you will learn, among others, to direct, conduct and administer Mexican public organizations, diagnose and solve current problems and challenges of the public administration, properly evaluate and respond to the demands, demands and needs of society, implementing programs and policies in charge of public institutions, and to supervise and ensure the best development of the public function in Mexico.

- Direct, lead and effectively administer Mexican public organizations. - Lead a public communication team in order to diagnose and solve public management problems. - Build an ethical culture in public management and institutional development. - Deepen interdisciplinary activities of management analysis. - Efficiently manage programs and resources in the public function. - Know the operation of electronic administration and public policies management. - Control the model and address of public budgets.

At the end of our Master in Public Administration you can develop your professional career towards various sectors and labor areas such as Public Management, Intermediate Command of Public Administration, Manager, Chief of Cabinet, elected position, consultant, public manager, advisor to senior officials and public contractor.
