Summary

The sport today is an area subject to study in recent times that generates various economic and social interests. It is not only one of the factors to review today and promote its improvement, but one of the most relevant factors according to doctors and preventionists. Specializing in high performance we can discover the mechanism of demand and factors involved in this level of sports. Carrying out this training, you will have an advanced training in specialized concepts and tools, dotting yourself with the competences to also respond to some of the important aspects to be treated and health related.

Goals

- Understand the importance of physical activity and sport as an element of educational development. - Know the physical, psychological and neurological factors involved in the health process - become familiar with basic notions of psychology, its techniques and its various therapy theories. - Plan intervention processes both therapeutically and for prevention. - Acquire knowledge about the psychological bases of sport, anatomy and psychomotor. - Know the world of the most common injuries derived from this type of demand so demanding.

Professional opportunities

Once the training is finished, you will have acquired the knowledge and skills that will allow you to develop your professional activity in the following sectors: sports psychologist both in private and publish consultation in specialized centers, monitor or sports coach, used in sports and free time sports companies and sports research and their specialties.
