Master of Permanent Training in Smart Mobility. Smart Mobility + 60 ECTS credits

It is important to provide necessary tools to design, develop, implement or simply analyze the policies, initiatives and actions that aim to favor the mobility of citizens and goods. To prepare this master's degree, Buchanan Consultores has been counted (International Consulting Company leader in Transportation, Urban Development and Economics, specialized in mobility planning), who have transformed the technical knowledge that supports them into a differential learning experience focused on the great opportunities offered by civic technologies and digital transformation to improve transport in cities.

As specific objectives, the following are proposed, following the structure of the modules: · Review the fundamental elements that define current mobility and their link with economic aspects. · Work the foundations and definitions contained in the Smart Mobility. · Promote the use of public transport as modes of sustainable transport and the proper use of other non -motorized transport modes. · Know both road and digital infrastructures and how they can evolve to develop the concept of Smart Mobility. · Facilitate mobility modeling tools as a fundamental element of decision making in the field of sustainable mobility. · Analyze the tools and policies for improving mobility in cities and how to manage, among others, the PMUS and specific directors through governance, financing and social participation and communication as a fundamental element to guarantee sustainable and efficient mobility for the needs of citizens. All based on the analysis of study cases and best practices based on the experiences acquired by the teacher's teaching team.

We highlight some: Sustainable mobility project manager, computer technician specialized in sustainable mobility, business displacement plans, expert in planning and/or design of urban mobility, municipal urban mobility manager, consultant specialized in sustainable mobility plans, consultant specializing in public transport financing.

The general objective that houses the modules developed by the master is to understand the current urban mobility and the tools we have for a sustainable development of it.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
