Summary

People are increasingly important in business organization and management, which has caused more and more, a special interest in the organization and efficient management of work is being developed, in addition to the well -being and development of the skills and talent of the people who integrate companies, in order to be able to turn them into the central element of them. INESEM offers transversal training in all areas related to the management of human capital of the company, from the basic principles of psychology and business organization, to the most innovative and specific techniques of human resources management and analysis of work climate and psychosocial factors.

Goals

- Know what the management and organizational process is and its different functions in the business framework. - Deepen the strategic business direction, their techniques, their functions and their importance for organizations. - Train in the fundamental principles of work psychology. - Study the organization and management techniques of HR, in addition to the evaluation and selection of personnel. - Review group relationships, dynamics and group techniques, deepening social skills in team management. - Analyze the work environment, defining conflicts and their ways of prevention, coping and resolution.

Who is it addressed to?

Company managers, directors and technicians of HR, responsible for departments of management systems (PRL, quality and environment), personnel with command responsibility, team coordinators, owners of productive or professional processes that develop their work in an environment prone to labor conflicts as a result of an excess of psychosocial risks or defects in the organization of work.

Official Character

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
