MBA Permanent Training Master in Innovation and Quality Management + 60 ECTS credits

At the end of the MSA MBA Specialty in Quality Management, students will be trained to assume the general direction of an organization whose main focus of attention is the quality systems, as well as control the financial direction of the same, assume responsibility for the strategic decisions adopted within the organization, optimally manage work teams in its different areas and carry out motivation tasks, management, change management. In addition to developing specific skills for auditing and implementation of quality and business innovation.

As a general objective we can establish the students to provide students with the knowledge necessary for the organization, management and management of business organizations. At the most specific level, it is intended: - Develop the directive competencies of the participant, deepening the global vision of the company. - Provide the student in a quick and simple way all those knowledge, skills and competences that the world of companies demands in relation to the implementation of quality systems. - Know the international and global business environment, and the conditions of the Knowledge Society. - Assume leadership functions in globalized, competitive and specialized businesses. - Develop strategic thinking, innovation and entrepreneurial capacity. - Know the basic aspects of total quality and business excellence Encourage communication and teamwork.

Administrative, accounting, planning and executive area of any company with a clear orientation to the implementation of quality in any of its processes.

This Master aims to provide the student with the theoretical and practical training necessary to direct and manage a company with clear guidance to quality management in an efficient way, so that it manages to improve the results and the competitive position of the same. The student will learn to apply business sciences to the reality of organizations, deepening the special characteristics of the systems that intervene in quality implementation and audit processes.

Aimed at those who have an equivalent degree or title in business administration and management, business and economy, and quality management or any degree that wants to strengthen their knowledge in the business area and improve their management capacities.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
