Summary

In the field of the world of food industries it is necessary to know the elaboration of consumer and dairy products. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to know the reception, storage and previous treatments of milk.

Goals

- Apply in the dairy industry the specific standards of hygiene and safety at work, as well as food security in the dairy industry and control compliance. - Receive dairy raw materials controlling their quality. - Store and conserve raw materials in response to the requirements of the products. - Conduct the previous treatments of milk, controlling its quality. - Conduct normalization operations, ensuring the quality and standardization of the product. - Manage the flow of the reception process and the previous treatments of the milk, according to the established program, making possible the continuity of the production process. - Check the cleaning and maintenance of use or first level of the facilities to ensure the microbiological quality of the products.
