MF0402-2 Course Control and Fire Extinction

Fire control constitutes one of the pillars of current modern society. Its use and control has evolved at the same pace that has expanded the knowledge of the mechanisms that govern its development, as well as the conditions and factors of the environment that must take place so that the passage of an incipient fire to an uncontrolled fire occurs. This course will provide the student with the necessary knowledge to be able to execute the necessary operations for the control and fire extinction.

- Establish the provision of technical services for fire interventions. - Apply adequate techniques to achieve the extinction of the fire, in the shortest possible time and with the highest security guarantees. - Operately the different tools and tools used for fire extinction. - Operately the different mechanical mobile media used for the development of their interventions.

It develops its professional activity in firefighters dedicated to fire extinction and rescue throughout the national territory, as a worker dependent on public administrations (state, regional and local), as well as, medium and large companies, being able to exercise international collaboration actions.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF0402_2 control and fire extinguish Publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

Professionals who wish to expand knowledge and security measures to face situations of fire control and extinction. In general, any person interested in training in this area and thus opt for any of the work outputs it offers.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
