MF0500-3 Treasury Management Course

Treasury management, both of financial institutions and companies in general, has gradually sophisticated throughout this decade. Therefore, currency risk management and interest rate risk has been enriched by the appearance of multiple financial instruments, both speculation and coverage. On the other hand, the concentration in the treasury of large liquidity volumes, together with the possibility of leverage that derived instruments offer today, require increasingly rigorous and efficient control of the positions adopted in the different markets. Therefore, with the course it is intended to transmit the knowledge of everything related to the treasury budget, programs applications, means of collection and payment and registration books, in order to develop properly and updated in the field of treasury management.

- Analyze the regulations and the main characteristics of conventional and telematic payment and payment instruments. - Determine the documentation corresponding to the different conventional and telematic payment and payment instruments. - Perform calculations related to treasury operations. - Make treasury forecasts. - Apply specific treasury management programs to carry out calculations and reports.

Treasurer, accounting bosses, management leaders, financial directors, and in general all professions related to the management of the charges and payments of a company.

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF0500_3 Treasury Management Module, certifying having exceeded the different competence units included, and is aimed at accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls Different Autonomous Communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at all those interested in knowing in depth the operation of the administration and accounting of the company oriented towards the management of the Treasury, in the analysis, management and control of collection and payment instruments and treasury budgets.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
