MF0930-2 Course and Compagination of Graphic Products

At present, market competition is considered as the main factor when developing graphic arts. The new creations make it essential to digitize and treat texts and images, integrating them into the layout and/or combination, guaranteeing their correct reproduction in the environment and established support, intervening in the graphic process according to the determined quality and productivity, and applying the Plan for the Prevention of Occupational Risk and Environmental Protection. Therefore, this course is intended to provide the necessary theoretical-practical knowledge to perform layout functions and combination of graphic products.

- Interpret production orders and models used in layout and/or combination. - Operate with computer equipment and applications in the processes Making and Compagination. - Make the master pages of previous digital models through computer applications, following the indications and the technical model provided. - Perform the layout and combination of graphic products following the indications and technical models provided. - Obtain evidence following standards of productive process and quality control. - Adapt digital graphic products to the environment and support established in the technical specifications provided.

It develops its professional activity in the graphic industry, in the area of predimpression. In photomechanical, pre -source, printing, press, edition, digital publication, advertising, communication, graphic design and publication departments. In small, medium or large companies with different organizational and technological levels. Both in public and private companies. It is integrated into a work team where it develops individual tasks and in a group of treatment and integration of graphic elements in predimpression. In general, it will depend organically on an intermediate command. The work is done on its own or others.

This formation is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF0930_2 Formative Module_2 layout and combination of graphic products. Certifying having overcome the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through work experience and non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023 It develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at all those interested in graphic arts, specifically in the layout and combination of graphic products, either for professional reasons or personal interest.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
