MF0994-3 course organization of field work

Within the world of trade and marketing it is necessary to know the different fields of market research assistance, within the professional area of marketing and public relations. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the organization of field work.

- Apply field work organization techniques to be carried out by a team of pollsters from a market research plan. - Apply control and evaluation methods of field work in monitoring the activities and performance of field work. - Prepare reports in the different phases of organization and control of the activity and performance of the pollsters. - Apply personnel selection techniques in recruitment situations of pollsters. - Define training and recycling plans of a team of pollsters for different objectives and requirements. - Determine leadership styles and motivation of the pollsion team according to different types of field work and objectives of the organization.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF0994_3 training module, certifying having overcome the different competence units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which you will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls Different Autonomous Communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at professionals in the world of commerce and marketing, specifically in market research assistance, within the professional area of marketing and public relations, and all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to the management and management of pollsters.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
