MF0998-3 course control actions in consumption

The general control of all products and services put in the market directly intended for consumption is currently essential, in which consumerism is present in all sectors and influences all people. This training will provide the student with the professional competences necessary to be able to carry out control actions in consumption according to current regulations or codes of conduct approved by the company.

- Interpret the legislation and regulations regarding consumption of different products and services for common or generalized use and/or related activities. - Assess the relevance of consumer protection aspects from the company's optics and corporate social responsibility. - Design actions and instruments of control and surveillance of compliance with the legal requirements or objectives preferred by a company/sector in terms of consumption, in the local and autonomic environment. - Apply pre -established procedures in consumption control actions incorporating the criteria for health protection, safety and transparency to the consumer/client. - Prepare reports of control actions and consumer inspection certificates.

It develops its professional activity, on behalf of others and own, in the area of market surveillance, control and inspection to generalized consumer goods and services, performing internal or external control functions that guarantee compliance with consumer rights or carrying out information and/or training actions, in terms of consumption, to collective consumers, companies and organizations.

This training will provide the student with the professional skills necessary to be able to carry out control actions in consumption according to current regulations or codes of conduct approved by the company. The present training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF0998_3 training module and of the non -formal training, via which will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the ordering of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at people who want to favor theoretical-practical learning in relation to certain controls control and consumption of products and services and professionals in this sector.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
