Summary
The new sensitivity that is permeating the relationships between citizens seeks relationship and conflict resolution systems in which people's rights and dignity are safeguarding. In this new sensitivity, mediation emerges as an autonomous conflict resolution system, with its own methods and techniques in which the own disposition of the mediators who seek in the conflict an opportunity to establish a new balance in human relations and promote the personal development of those involved in it plays a fundamental role. Thus, this course is intended to prevent conflicts between different people, actors and social groups.

This course will provide students with the necessary knowledge to prevent conflicts between different people, actors and social groups. The present training conforms to the training itinerary of the training mediation training module. Conflict prevention, certifying having overcome the different competition units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of professional competences acquired through work experience and non -formal training.
Who is it addressed to?
This course is aimed at professionals who are in charge of a group of people, or not, and wish to deepen conflict prevention issues within a community. Anyone interested in learning concepts of a new vision of conflict prevention.
Official Character
This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
