Summary

In the field of the agrarian world it is necessary to know the auxiliary activities in Floristería, within the professional area. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for auxiliary works in the elaboration of compositions with flowers and plants.

Goals

- Describe the techniques of preparing floral compositions and recognizing the elements that are part of the Florist works defining their characteristics. - Choose the supports, containers, raw materials and materials as basic elements to make compositions in florist and prepare these elements. - Identify and describe the systems and techniques of presentation of products in florist and wrapping and presenting compositions of flowers and/or plants. - Describe and apply the techniques of assembly and disassembly of decorations with flowers and/or natural and/or artificial plants.

Professional opportunities

It develops its professional activity, on behalf of others, in private companies of any size, related to the commercialization of florist products and services.

This formation is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF1114_14_14_14 Training Module in the elaboration of compositions with flowers and plants certifying having exceeded the different units of competence in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and of the non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls They are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).
