MF1171-3 course supervision and maintenance

In the field of installation and maintenance, it is necessary to know the different fields of the planning, management and realization of the maintenance and supervision of the assembly of heat facilities, within the professional area of cold and air conditioning. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for supervision and realization of maintenance in heat facilities.

- Diagnose the state and breakdowns in the systems and equipment of heat facilities, applying the procedures specified according to the system or equipment involved and with the required security. - Locate and identify the dysfunction and/or the nature of the breakdown, determining the causes that produce it. - Perform the repair procedures for the dysfunctions or breakdowns in the systems and equipment of heat facilities, using the procedures, means and tools with the required security, restoring the operating conditions provided for in the technical documentation. - Perform the heat installation, once the fault is remedied. - Supervise the repairs made by the personnel in charge. - Apply the pre -established preventive maintenance plan and, where appropriate, for heat facilities, determining procedures, human and logistics resources to achieve the required maintainability. - Apply preventive maintenance techniques in heat facilities, which do not imply the replacement of damaged elements, selecting the procedures and with the required safety. - Supervise the work of the technician team at your orders. Improve the energy and environmental efficiency of heat facilities. - Analyze prevention and safety measures regarding the actions of manipulation of facilities and equipment, contained in the security plans of the companies in the sector. - Apply the security plan analyzing the measures of prevention, security and environmental protection of the company. - Apply the security plan in the assembly and maintenance of heat facilities, analyzing the measures of prevention, security and environmental protection of the company, applying the established measures and complying with current regulations and legislation.

This technician is integrated into public or private companies dedicated to the assembly and/or maintenance of heat installations that use air, water, steam and other fluids as calo-transport elements and conventional energy sources (solar, electric, combustion, among others). The qualification is located in the areas of assembly, definition and planning of the maintenance of heat facilities, responding to the possible requirements contemplated in the regulations for obtaining the corresponding professional cards.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF1171_3 Training Module Supervision and realization in heat facilities, certifying having overcome the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls They are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of installation and maintenance, specifically in the planning, management and realization of the maintenance of heat facilities, within the Professional Professional Area and air conditioning, and to all those people interested in acquiring knowledge related to the supervision and realization of maintenance in calorific facilities.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
