MF1464-2 Course Attention and information to bus travelers

In the field of transport and maintenance, it is necessary to know the different fields in driving, within the professional area of driving vehicles by road. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the attention and information to the travelers of the bus or coach.

- Explain the main activities of the bus driver or coach referring to the access and abandonment of vehicle travelers, ticket expedition applying in force. - Plan the load and discharge operations optimizing the use of the space available in the vehicle, respecting the rules of occupational safety and health and the optimal use of the vehicle. - Apply interpersonal communication techniques in direct contact situations with customers and explain the basic lines and general characteristics of customer service, using the means available to obtain user satisfaction. - Apply the different communication and information systems in the transport activity, selecting the most appropriate in each case. - Interpret customer service and information techniques, describing different customer typologies, their characteristics and conflict resolution procedures. - Apply behavioral guidelines and positive attitudes in the general care process, customer information and collection of complaints or claims, with the required precision.

He exercises his professional activity, both on his own and on behalf of others, in small, medium and large companies, both public and private, of collective urban transport by bus and intercity in Autocar, either nationally and internationally. Its professional activity is subject to regulation by the competent administration. In the development of professional activity, universal accessibility principles are applied in accordance with current legislation.

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF1464_2 -Attention and information to bus or motor travelers, certifying having passed the different competition units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through work experience and non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls They are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of vehicle transport and maintenance, within the professional area of driving vehicles by road, and to all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to attention and information to bus travelers or motor.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
