Summary

In the field of sociocultural and community services, it is necessary to know the different fields of promotion for the effective equality of women and men, within the professional area of training and education. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to participate in the detection, analysis, implementation and evaluation of projects for the effective equality of women and men.

Goals

- Detect and analyze, from a gender perspective, intervention environment factors (economic, educational, health, proximity services, occupational, sports, infrastructure and urbanism, among others) that limit or impoverish the effective equality of women and men to include improvement actions in the project. - Identify and value, from a gender perspective, the specific needs, motivations and expectations in the field of effective equality of women and men that affect each person, social and collective group, implementing the actions prepared by the intervention environment team to favor the appropriate improvements. - Detect and register services, resources and actions regarding effective equality of women and men, in the intervention environment, analyzing them with a gender perspective to mediate and offer them to citizens, such as health, education, leisure, conciliation of personal, family and work life, mobility and time management. - Inform and sensitize about unpaid work, developed by women in the domestic sphere, to recognize and make visible the value of life care (hygiene, food, coat, emotional, psychic and sexual care, among others) recognizing their impact on society and the integral health of people. - Participate in the identification, analysis, implementation, valuation and dissemination of projects of effective equality of women and men, in areas such as health, education, leisure, conciliation of personal, family and work life, mobility and time management, entrusted by the intervention team, taking into account the specific conditions of women as a criterion of quality of life of people.

Professional exits

It develops its professional activity on behalf of others in the public and private sphere, in collaboration with the intervention team and from the direct supervision of the competent person of higher level. Likewise, it detects situations of inequality and the needs derived from it, organizing and transferring the relevant information in the subject of their specialty, both to the reference population and to higher level professionals, to promote and guide actions in the field of effective equality of women and men, and prevent discrimination of the female population. In the development of professional activity, universal accessibility principles are applied in accordance with current legislation.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF1583_3 Actions for the effective equality of women and men, certifying having exceeded the different units of competence in them included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through work experience and non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls They are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
