MF1797-2 Course processing and execution of insurance and reinsurance

Within the world of administration and management it is necessary to know the different fields of private insurance and reinsurance and auxiliary activities, within the professional area of finance and insurance. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the processing of the formalization and execution of insurance and reinsurance.

- Apply formalization of insurance and reinsurance policies requested and accepted, according to contracted guarantees, specific procedures and current legislation. - Apply administrative policy review techniques for updating, modification and cancellation taking into account current regulations. - Explain the process to follow in the acceptance of a new policy, modification or expansion of it, as well as the intervention of each of the parties involved. - Use collection management and premiums management techniques in the actions derived from the formalization and execution of an insurance and reinsurance contract. - Apply conventional and computer techniques in the documentation linked to issuance, low, update, expansion or modification of insurance and reinsurance policies taking into account current regulations.

He develops his professional and foreign account activity in mediation activities, mediation mediating among the insurance or reinsurance and insured makers of a part, and the authorized insurance or reinsure entities of another, in the insurance or private reinsurer. In the development of professional activity, universal accessibility principles are applied in accordance with current legislation.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF1797_2 processing of the formalization and execution of insurance and reinsurance, certifying having exceeded the different competition units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and of the non -formal training, via which it will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective. Calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of administration and management, specifically in mediation of private insurance and reinsurance and auxiliary activities, within the professional area of finance and insurance, and all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to the processing of the formalization and execution of insurance and reinsurance.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
