MF2104-2 course implantation and development of small trade

At present, society is going through a difficult stage in the economic and work environment. The cuts and high unemployment rates among other causes, lead to the fall of shops, considerably affecting merchants, managers, owners of small and large shops. This course develops relevant information about the planning and opening of a small trade, very precise and significant guidelines on the basic economic management that a small trade needs, and the quality and proximity services that it must offer.

- Analyze the specific variables of the commercial environment by identifying and delimiting the characteristics of a small trade –local, product assortment, price, clientele profile. - Develop basic investment plans, based on the identification of needs for fixed patrimonial elements, their form of acquisition and identifying necessary financial resources in the implementation of different types of small businesses. - Prepare store projects, determining the legal form, indicating the specific procedures and documentation for the implementation and calculating the economic-financial viability of small trade. - Perform the procedures and fill in the documentation of the obligations- merchandise, fiscal and labor- the store merchant, in accordance with current regulations. - Select the instruments and means of collection and payment in small shops operations, issuing and completing the corresponding documents, depending on commercial regulations. - Apply treasury management and control techniques in the development of operations in small shops for different periods of time, calculating the daily availability of liquidity and correcting mismatches or deficits. - Determine and apply the basic care and quality strategies in the service, typical of small businesses, in accordance with applicable regulations, good practices codes and environmental respect. - Establish the policy of small trade regarding the use of the web as a virtual store of the store, communication mechanism with customers and a means of commercialization of additional products and services offered.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF2104_2 implementation and development of small trade, certifying having exceeded the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and the non -formal training, via which will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls Publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at professionals in the world of trade and marketing, specifically in small trade management activities, within the professional area of the sale, and to all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to the implementation and development of small trade.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
