Summary

In today's society, family conflict situations are very frequent. These situations may vary from simple discussions due to disagreement between parents, divorces or problems with children. Mediation is a proposal in such a situation, allowing a wide range of conflicts, giving feasible and useful solutions to unpleasant situations such as the experience of a conflicting divorce, an adoption, or families with problematic children. With this course, the basic and useful concepts are learned to know how to carry out this conflict resolution process such as mediation, useful professionally and personal.

To prepare you

This course prepares you to know how to apply the key concepts of mediation at the family level, not only for a professional purpose, but also on a personal level. Knowing the key concepts and elements in this way of solving family conflicts. This course prepares you to exercise as a mediator and you will also be enabled to register in the Mediators Registry of the Ministry of Justice, from which you can choose to mediate in cases designated by the Ministry. The course is adapted to Royal Decree 980/2013 of December 13, Euroinnova being a collaborating institution with the Ministry of Justice for the delivery of training in the area of civil and commercial mediation, being able if the student requests it, communicate the data of the student and the formative action to the Ministry of Justice Telematically for the speed of the discharge and registration as a mediator.

This course is aimed at all those who for professional reasons, or for personal interest, are interested in family mediation as a way of solving conflicts.

Official Character

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
