Summary

The legal framework of workers is increasingly changing and diverse, therefore, people specializing in the sector are needed to meet the needs of companies, which are increasingly a series of more specialized workers and with more concrete needs. Therefore, the figure of the Human and Administrative Labor Technician acquires more and more importance within the company, being a basic piece for the proper functioning of the organization. With the course in hiring, payrolls and social security you will obtain a deep knowledge of labor legislation to make payrolls, make a hiring efficiently and manage documentation and procedures with Social Security or with the Ministry of Employment.

Goals

- Know the different contract typologies and the different bonuses and reductions applicable to each contractual modality. - Provide the necessary knowledge to keep an exhaustive control of the payrolls of a company. - Learn the salary management of workers through different levels of administration. - Use the Contract@ system to carry out the different processes related to labor contracts. - Manage accidents at work with the DELT@system. - Learn to use the direct liquidation system (CRET@). - Use the Siltra system to communicate with Social Security.
