As in other labor or personal sectors, educational centers are exposed to risks and emergency situations of greater or lesser severity. In these circumstances, a quick and precise action can be decisive, however, often teachers do not have the specific training to act in the most appropriate way in urgent situations. This course includes first aid procedures and techniques that will allow acting efficiently without being carried away by anxiety and panic in the face of possible accidents or health emergencies in the means of road transport, specifically in the transport of passengers by bus.

- Explain the main activities of the bus driver or coach referring to the access and abandonment of vehicle travelers, ticket expedition applying in force. - Plan the load and discharge operations optimizing the use of the space available in the vehicle, respecting the rules of occupational safety and health and the optimal use of the vehicle. -Apply interpersonal communication techniques in direct contact situations with customers and explain the basic lines and general characteristics of customer service, using the means available to obtain user satisfaction. -Apply the different communication and information systems in the transport activity, selecting the most appropriate in each case. - Interpret customer service and information techniques, describing different customer typologies, their characteristics and conflict resolution procedures. - Apply behavioral guidelines and positive attitudes in the general care process, customer information and collection of complaints or claims, with the required precision. - Provide students with the necessary knowledge to develop basic first aid actions. - Recognize risk and emergency situations and adopt the most appropriate prevention and protection measures in each case.

This postgraduate passenger in buses and first aid, offers specific training on the subject, specifically prepares students to act in emergency situations or road accidents, applying basic first aid knowledge.

This course is aimed at all those who are interested either at the professional level or for particular interest, in the health field, more specifically, in the action against emergencies caused by accidents or emergency situations in bus transport, specifically offers the basic knowledge about first aid to act effectively in an emergency situation.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor bag in which we want to present ourselves.
