Summary

Within the world of vehicle transport and maintenance it is necessary to know the different fields of the maintenance of vehicle body structures. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the prevention of risk and environmental management in vehicle maintenance, in addition to knowing all aspects related to the prevention of professional and environmental risks in all maintenance operations carried out in auxiliary systems of the Diesel cycle engine.

Goals

- Explain the characteristics and properties of the air and fuel mixture Identify and explain the function of the elements or parameters that constitute the fuel circuit from the tank to the injection system. - Explain anti -antamination systems in diesel engines, functions, elements and parameters. - Analyze the operation of the engine, evaluating the influence it has on the performance and formation of exhaust gases, the variation of different parameters or faults caused. - Identify faults, real or simulated, in the auxiliary systems of the diesel cycle engine, analyzing the different circuits that compose them, using the appropriate equipment, means and techniques. - Maintenance of the motor systems with the necessary equipment, tools and tools. - Perform the maintenance operations of the food and combustion system of a mechanical injection diesel engine with due precision. - Perform the maintenance operations of the Diesel Food and Combustion System of Direct Electronic Injection by Rotary Pump, Common Rail (Common Rail) and Pump injector, with due precision. - Analyze prevention and safety measures regarding the actions of manipulation of facilities and equipment, contained in the security plans of the companies in the sector. - Apply the security plan analyzing the measures of prevention, security and environmental protection of the company. - Apply the environmental and recycling protection measures of the company.
