Summary
Knowing how to negotiate in the business world is of the utmost importance to control the cost of a product or service and get the highest performance or benefit to it, so it is vital to know the negotiation process, its phases, its approach techniques in a situation, the tools that will support us on the road. This course prepares you to know the negotiation process and the strategies or techniques that help such a process.

All company professional, who is dedicated to the negotiation of purchase and sale of their product or service. More specifically to commercials, sales technicians, commercial area responsible, commercial delegates, sales heads or commercial directors. This course is also aimed at non -expert people who are interested in this theme or who considers it interesting for their professional development.
