The train cabin crew is the professional who is responsible for passenger attention during the journey, performing among others, functions related to the shipment and disembarkation of travelers. To develop these functions efficiently, a series of knowledge are required both in management and operational rail transport, and in terms of customer service, acting in emergency situations, communication in English, etc. Thanks to the present course of train cabin crew, students will be able to acquire the appropriate professional competences to work in a field in continuous development and growth.
