Summary

Currently, there are more and more people who dedicate their free time to carry out and enjoy activities in full nature. In order for this to take Cavo successfully, it is essential to guarantee both the safety of these people and the conservation of the environment. Therefore, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge so that the professionals of the different companies dedicated to preparing routes and signaling them, the environmental interpretation and education can carry out their work with the greatest possible degree of effectiveness.

Goals

- Guide groups of people around the environment and their representations to contribute to their awareness and environmental training. - Inform about the environment and its values. - Interpret the reciprocal influence of human activities and the socio -natural environment. - Develop environmental education programs and facilitate educational processes.

Professional opportunities

It develops its professional activity both in public sphere, whether general, regional or local administrations, as private entities, whether large, medium or small businesses that offer establishment services or practices of hiking, leisure and free time routes, environmental activities, tourist animation, etc. You can exercise your functions in specific or long-term programs, developing your activity in the following areas: information, communication, training, interpretation and environmental education in the socio-natural environment, accompaniment and guide activities for the natural environment.

To prepare you

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the Certificate of Professionalism SEAG0109 Interpretation and Environmental Education certifying having overcome the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and the non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls that are publishing the different communities Autonomous, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).
