Summary

Sealophilia is a mode mode in modern sport, and its competition movements occupy a good part of the work elements of all sports disciplines. Learning your execution and knowing the application you may have in each specialty becomes a need for any technician who wants to properly solve the challenge of training and moving forward to your athletes. The Spanish Fitness Federation accredits only the contents referring to physical activity, any mention to technical-tactical aspects is outside its competences and accreditation.

Goals

- Know the neuromuscular bases of strength training. - Identify the adaptive response to force training. - Take into account endocrine aspects related to strength training. - Know the characteristics of the equipment and clothing according to the exercise. - Obtain the abilities for the training of weightlifting. - Learn different exercises to develop this sport. - Know the anatomical and physiological basis of the movement to apply them to the characteristic exercises of muscles and fitness - Acquire basic knowledge about the bone system and muscle physiology - Analyze physiological responses to musculation and fitness exercises - Understand the importance of nutrition in sports - Know the theory of training applied to muscles and fitness.

Certification

Double degree: - Haltering monitor degree with 200 hours issued by Edusport, specialized center training center. - Permanent Training Course Title in Mecculation Monitor and Fitness issued by the Miguel de Cervantes European University accredited with 8 university ECTS with 200 hours and accredited by the Spanish Fitness Federation (FEF) which will be able to access as federated receiving the corresponding professional card in muscle and fitness - bodybuilding, in addition to the end of the training, the student will become part of the Spanish registration of exercise professionals (ESREPS) that collects exercise professionals, establishing a quality standard and professional registration to guarantee safe and effective advice from customers users of fitness facilities for qualified professionals. The Spanish Fitness Federation accredits only the contents referring to physical activity, any mention to technical-tactical aspects is outside its competences and accreditation.
