Summary
In psychotherapy, it is important to know the different psychological aspects that can be used to intervene in the problem of a person, being one of the most used cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy, known as traditional psychotherapy, as well as other more holistic aspects that can benefit people at different levels, such as systemic psychotherapy, counseling, gestalt, therapeutic narrative and NLP among others. Therefore, to be able to perform psychotherapy it is necessary to know each of these techniques to adjust to each person the intervention.

This course prepares you to know the different methods and techniques that are used to intervene in psychotherapy from different psychological perspectives, so that it allows you to select the techniques that most benefit each person, choosing among cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy or holistic psychotherapies. It also prepares you to acquire enough skills to develop psychotherapy in the professional world.
Who is it addressed to?
This training is aimed at any professional who is interested in knowing the different approaches from psychotherapy, as well as the different psychological currents that can be used to intervene in the problem of a person, such as cognitive-behavioral and holistic psychotherapy. It is also aimed at anyone who is interested in knowing the problems that can benefit from psychotherapy.
Official Character
This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
