Summary
Mediation in the civil and commercial sphere constitutes one of the efforts by the European Union to carry out a legal harmonization of the conflict resolution space. Therefore, the knowledge of the subjects in which this course is developed determines the specific training of mediation, giving rise to more and more specific and concrete formulas adapted for each peculiarity that presents a specific area. Deontology constitutes one of the key pieces in the field of mediation, as it forms the ethical-philosophical corpus that will determine the good use of knowledge to solve problems, without the intention of becoming a usurer from the daily conflicts of people on foot.

Official Character
This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.

Double degree: -Titulation issued by the European Institute for Fiscal Advice (INEA), endorsed by the European Institute of Business Studies (INESEM) “Unofficial teaching and not leading to obtaining a title with official or certificate of professionalism.” - Degree issued by the European Institute for Fiscal Advice - INEAF is a collaborating institution with the Ministry of Justice for the delivery of training in the area of civil and commercial mediation, adapted to Royal Decree 980/2013 of December 13. Students who meet the requirements can be registered in the Registry of Civil and Commercial Mediators of the Ministry of Justice requesting it on the Ministry's following website (https://sede.mjusticia.gob.es/es/tramites/inscripcion-registration). By law it is mandatory for the interested party to register and contribute to the Ministry the relevant documentation for said registration, once registered, IFA will validate the training carried out. "Unofficial teaching and not leading to obtaining an official title or certificate of professionalism."
