Summary
With the reform of Organic Law 5/2010 the criminal responsibility of legal persons is introduced. Along with this, a new profession arises that aims to guarantee compliance with current criminal regulations through the implementation and fulfillment of crime prevention systems and roasted condemnation to society. In Inesem, you will study the functions and measures to be implemented by legal control, as well as the typical crimes of legal persons. In addition, you will learn to evaluate the risks and carry out the necessary controls for a correct leading of the entity in accordance with the legality.

Official Character
This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
