UF2814 Course: UF2814 Management of the Quality Assurance System in Transformed Processes

In the field of graphic arts, it is necessary to know the different fields of production management in paper, cardboard and other graphic supports, within the professional area transformation and conversion into graphic industries. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to collaborate in quality management in the processes of paper, cardboard and other graphic supports.

- Analyze the necessary action procedures for the validation of new packaging designs, packaging and other graphic products transformed from paper, cardboard and other graphic supports, based on established quality requirements and the regulations applicable to the product. - Apply homologation procedures of new materials to be used in processes of paper, cardboard transforms and other graphic supports, verifying compliance with previously determined technical and quality requirements. - Establish control plans for the different stages of the paper, cardboard and other graphic supports process, based on the technical specifications of the process established. - Apply techniques for analysis and monitoring of "non -conforming" products in the processes of paper, cardboard transforms and other graphic supports, proposing adequate corrective actions. - Apply techniques and methods of calibration and maintenance of measurement and test equipment used in the processes of paper, cardboard and other graphic supports, checking that they are in optimal operating conditions. - Design quality reports of paper transformed products, cardboard and other graphic supports, taking into account the characteristics of the production as well as the needs and requirements of the product, defining its structure and including the data that certifies the quality of the process and the product. - Analyze quality management systems established in processes of paper, cardboard transforms and other graphic supports, valuing its effectiveness from the objectives and indicators of the process, determining possibilities of improvement.

It develops its professional activity in the graphic industry, in private or public companies of paper, cardboard and other graphic supports. In small, medium or large companies, with very diverse organizational/ technological levels. It is integrated into a work team where it develops individual and team tasks. He performs his work as an independent technician or as an intermediate command that organizes and directs the work of a technical team in his charge, assuming collaboration functions in the management of environmental security and prevention, being able to perform, among them those of basic level of occupational risk prevention. It depends hierarchically on the Director of Production and/or the Company Manager.

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the Formative Unit UF2814 Management of the quality assurance system in transform processes, belonging to the training module MF1682_3 Quality management in transformed processes, certifying having overcome the different competition units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and of the non -formal training experience To obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of graphic arts, specifically in production management in paper, cardboard and other graphic supports, within the professional area transformation and conversion into graphic industries, and to all those interested in acquiring necessary knowledge to collaborate in quality management in the processes of paper, cardboard transforms and other graphic supports.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
