University Superior Course in Criminal Procedure Law (university degree + 4 ECTS credits)

Knowing substantive criminal law without having knowledge about criminal procedural law prevents us from knowing how we can apply the different crimes regulated in the Criminal Code. At a time like the current, not only law professionals must know substantive and procedural criminal law, but it is also very useful for other profiles, such as for example, for social workers, mediators, forensics, psychologists, ... With this course of the law of criminal prosecution you can learn what the criminal process consists of, what are the phases of the criminal process, who make up the parties, how the process begins, what the rights are. arrested or what are the test instruments, among others.

This Course of Criminal Procedure Law is aimed at professionals belonging to the Rama of Criminal Law, as well as to law students and any person interested in deepening the content of the Spanish Criminal Procedure Law. It is also aimed at professionals from other sectors who must know the criminal procedural law.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
