Yoga MONITOR COURSE + Formators Training (Double degree with 5 ECTS + Federated Card)

The course seeks to know the different yoga application techniques and different issues for teaching and instruction to other students. The student's awareness in learning the activity of yoga and its application to reality will also be taken into account. In order to successfully carry out the course, the importance of the mind and body in this type of activities must be taken. We can also say that the changes in the world of work are demanding new training strategies and the renewal of didactic methodologies. Today, the initial formation is only the beginning of a whole way to go. Indeed, the permanent training of professionals is an indispensable requirement to deal with the demands and requirements of the work environment. This course has been created under this idea and aims to train teaching staff for the development of different training actions such as official continuous training plans, official non -regulated training or occupational professional training. The Spanish Fitness Federation accredits only the contents referring to physical activity, any mention to technical-tactical aspects is outside its competences and accreditation.

- Learn to develop the different techniques to be able to teach yoga classes to try to help modify mental attitudes. - Acquire the necessary capacities to perform teachers' functions in a private training or academy. - Acquire the pedagogical and didactic competences necessary for the design, planning, management and implementation of a training plan, both in the business field and in the unregulated official training.

This course is aimed at all those teachers of early childhood education, primary education, secondary education teachers, psychologists, pedagogues, psychopedagogues, etc. And, in general, any university degree interested in performing their professional work in the teaching field. Education professionals interested in quality training that allows them to deal with the changing reality of the classrooms and the new competences that are required for the exercise of their profession.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
