Summary
With this course in art law you can learn all the necessary contents on the legal regime by which the art market in Spain is governed. It is a sector that requires qualified and competent professionals who can correctly advise on the investment in artistic goods or their protection and management of companies aimed at it. To do this, you will know the market in which you operate and learn about all the issues that involve this world. With this course, there will be the possibility of applying the right and legality to the art market, knowing the protection of the historical heritage, the works object of intellectual property, the agents that interfere in this market, the property or strategies of investment in art, among others.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
