Summary
This course in Bromatological Science offers specific training in food analysis and its composition, both structural and nutritional. Today, more and more importance is given to nutrition, so this course takes great importance by forming it from the point of view of bromatology in everything related to nutritional, technological, sensory, food -sensory properties and its by -products.
