Gestalt Counseling and Therapy Course (university degree with 5 ECTS credits)

In a society like ours, the ability to empathize and pay attention to others to help solve their conflicts has been lost among hurry to achieve personal goals, leaving aside the well -being of the surrounding. The ability to help others is the possibility of being helped, because if we all show that capacity there would always be someone prepared to help us. Counseling reflects this, active listening and advice to help resolve conflicts of others and, therefore, achieve personal development. With this course, the applicable basic concepts are acquired not only in the workplace but in the personal sphere offering useful and effective aid to the one who needs it.

- Know the basic concepts and applications of counseling in the personal and workplace. - Know the basic concepts and applications of Gestalt theory in the personal and workplace. - Identify and reflect on the theory, philosophy and practice of cuselling. - Provide basic tools and notions to focus the problem presented by the course in a dynamic, brief and at the same time consistent way. - Learn to apply the techniques and skills of Country and Gestalt therapy in relation to help and advice, both preventively and in moments of conflict and crisis, also subsequently to alleviate negative effects to guarantee the maintenance of change and the positive and healthy consequences.

This course prepares you to apply the basic concepts of counseling or active listening, which they intend through listening, acceptance of conflict resolution enabling personal development, and on the other hand, gestalt therapy, focused more on perceptual processes, applicable to conflict resolution therapy, professionally or in the personal level, to try to carry out a conflict resolution process that allows personal development of the personal development of oneself or the personal development of a conflict The similar ones, doing professional or personal practice of the capacity acquired.

This course is aimed at people interested in Counseling and Gestalt therapy, either with a personal or professional interest in the subject. In general, the course is aimed at people interested in using the tools and approaches to Gestalt Counseling and therapy to apply them in the workplace being directly, or not, related to them, or applying them in the personal level.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
