With this Master Equality of Gender and Equality Policies, it is intended to provide information about the evolution of equality between men and women, as well as the necessary strategies to eradicate these differences. All this in order to carry out research and interventions of a social type, successfully, in the field of gender equality.

- Provide the knowledge, competences and skills necessary for the delivery of training in gender equality. - Apply the legislation and aspects related to gender equality and opportunities in the management and organization of human groups. - Prepare plans for equal opportunities in official companies and organizations. - Be responsible for equal programs and plans according to current legislation. - Carry out legal consulting tasks regarding equal opportunities. - Provide theoretical-practical knowledge, both to understand the meaning and application of the gender perspective in the field of social intervention, as well as to define, promote and execute the programs of equal opportunities between women and men, responding to the growing demand for employment arose in parallel to the new Equality Law.
