Among the objectives of the Master mediation with minors, we highlight: - Define the concepts of risk, helplessness and social conflict to differentiate the specific characteristics of each situation. - Know the different types of abuse and the characteristic signs of each one, to proceed to their prevention and detection. - Know the situation of youth crime, drug use in young people and the circumstances of foreign minors for prevention and detection. - Present the figure of the mediator and its competences. - Perform a conceptual delimitation of the key elements that converge in the mediation process: exclusion, inclusion, immigration, culture, interculturality. Identify the elements involved in the origin and peaceful resolution of conflicts. - Identify the child's risk and conditions. - Know the laws regarding the legal protection, rights, attention and criminal responsibility of minors. - Use different techniques and specific strategies for treatment with minors at risk. - Differentiate risk factors and characteristic protection factors of each group of minors at risk. - Know the skills that a mediator has to facilitate intervention in family mediation processes. - Offer a general overview of the existing conflict situations in the family, as a context in which mediation processes are developed. - Know the development of a conflict resolution workshop in family mediation to execute it in practice. - Know the techniques according to the objectives of family mediation to execute them in practice. - Acquire the necessary knowledge to develop techniques in practice depending on the participation of experts. - Know the most important techniques and skills for conflict resolution in family mediation.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
