Summary
The changing current society makes specialized training on labor advisory functions that allow proper professional practice. Knowing thoroughly the legal management of labor relations, hiring modalities, social security benefits, payroll management, etc., and ultimately, applying this knowledge in practical cases will make the students of this master acquire a privileged position in the labor market. Without forgetting the great importance that human resources have taken in business organizations, in which a special treatment for talent, development and, in general, the skills of people are increasingly prevailing in companies. Therefore, it is necessary to know the main tools to convert human capital into a differentiating element into the organization within the economic market. This reason makes a transverse and general training in all areas that the Human Resources Department encompasses can help us differentiate ourselves from the rest and to work with a human team that exercises as the main trick of our company.

This Master will provide the student with the knowledge and competences necessary to organize the Human Resources Department of any type of company, managing issues related to both the selection and contracting of the staff, and the choice of the job that best suits their capacities.

The course is aimed at graduates in Business Administration and Management, students of the degree of Business Administration and Management, Lawyers, Law Students, Psychologists specialized in HR, FP students related to business administration, people with their own companies, accounting, managers, etc.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
