Master of Judicial Expertise in Industrial Higher Engineering + University Degree

Through the present Master of Judicial Expertise in Industrial Higher Engineering, students are trained for the free exercise of the judicial expert in industrial engineering in the judicial processes of labor, civil or criminal sphere as well as to work on behalf of others in this area. This Master of Judicial Expert contains everything necessary to be able to exercise as a judicial expert, successfully developing this activity, in addition once the diploma will be able to process the discharge in the courts that it designates it. This judicial expert course includes all current legislation in the world of the expertise.

Once this master's degree of Industrial Engineer is overcome, the students will have achieved the following objectives: - Know the functions, procedures, techniques and instruments of the judicial expertise. - Know the different types of expertise that we can find. - Interpret the mediation system and its importance in the involvement of those affected. - Differentiate between the types of expert reports. - Know the process of preparing expert reports. - Analyze judicial evidence, from its concept to the practice of said test. - Analyze how to assess the expert test. - Family the student with the internal structure of the automatons, their mode of operation and their management. - Mount industrial automation systems. - Maintain industrial automation systems. - Manage and supervise the assembly processes of industrial automation systems. - Supervise and carry out the implementation of industrial automation systems. - Learn everything related to electronic systems and know their classification. - Deepen the characteristics of analog and digital circuits, simulating each of them. - Apply engineering knowledge to obtain advances in the field of technology. -Cok the life cycle of the development of electronic projects. - Learn everything related to engineering principles in bioengineering. - Deepen the characteristics of the development of diagnostic and therapeutic solutions. - Apply engineering knowledge to obtain advances in the medical field. - Know the complete process of bioengineering, from design to the test. - Know the general functioning of a SCADA system. - Make implantation and distribution plans. - Learn development profits and run -time program - Design an interface in HMI and SCADA. - Learn everything related to intensity reduction in areas such as matter, energy and toxic substances. - Deepen the recyclability characteristics and apply the maximization of its use. - Apply engineering knowledge to obtain advances in the ecological field by increasing the duration of products.

JUDICIAL EXPERTY / JUDICIAL EXERCISE / Preparation of Expert Reports / Industrial Automation / Expert Industrial Engineer / Insurance Expert / Expert Engineer

The present Master prepares him to obtain the necessary knowledge to intervene as experts in the courts and courts of justice, especially in the criminal field, also gives the necessary knowledge to carry out an appropriate investigation. Article 335.1 of the LEC (Law 1/2000, of January 7, on civil prosecution) refers to this figure and establishes that: “When scientific, artistic, technical or practical knowledge is necessary to assess facts or relevant circumstances in the matter or acquire certainty about them, they could contribute to the process the opinion of experts who possess the corresponding knowledge…” demands of individuals and societies, administration and justice. The student, at the end of the course, will obtain a diploma that will allow him to register as a professional associate in Aspejure and be able to exercise in the courts and courts. This master is aimed at industrial higher engineers and/or university graduates or any persons who wish to obtain the necessary knowledge to intervene as an expert in courts of justice, especially in the criminal and civil field. However, as established by the Civil Procedure Law in its article 340.1: Experts must possess the official title that corresponds to the subject subject of the opinion and the nature of the latter. If they are subjects that are not included in official professional titles, they will be appointed among people understood in those subjects.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
