Summary

In the world of hospitality and tourism, more specifically, in relation to the fundamental aspects of accommodation, it is essential to know how to manage the reception department, according to the general planning of the accommodation establishment, developing and ensuring the correct provision of the services that are its own and the execution of commercial actions. Therefore, with the realization of this course, the necessary knowledge will be obtained to carry out the activities of the reception.

Goals

- Analyze the most frequent organization and functions of the reception departments. - Analyze information management procedures at the reception. - Analyze the processes of the reception department and apply the suitable procedures for the correct provision and control of the services that are inherent. - Develop collection and billing management processes. - Analyze the security service of lodging establishments. - Apply communication and customer service techniques and customer service in tourist establishments. - Apply the protocol standards used in different types of events. - Analyze the basic techniques for prevention of occupational hazards and ensure compliance by the people in their charge.
