MF0367-2 Course Elemental Clinical Analysis

Throughout history, both the concept of disease and the treatments used have evolved from an etiology and therapy based on magic, spells and the intervention of the gods, to an etiology and rational therapy such as the one today. Pharmaceutical staff must be aware of all the news that arise in this field to be able to provide their patients/users with the most professional possible care. This course will provide the student with the necessary knowledge to attend in the realization of elementary and normalized clinical analyzes, under the supervision of the optional.

- To correctly interpret the protocols for receiving samples depending on the type of the same and the determinations to be carried out. - Explain the preparation and conservation processes of samples, for later determination - Interpret the technical operations described in the protocols, for the realization of clinical analytical determinations. - Apply cleaning, disinfection and sterilization techniques in the equipment, materials and instruments used.

It develops its activity in the public and private sphere of the health sector, at all levels of the national and regional health system in pharmaceutical establishments and services, both in the public and private sector. This professional acts mainly in pharmacy offices, hospital pharmacy services and parapharmacy establishments, and in drug distribution and pharmaceutical industry stores. Its professional activity is subject to regulation by the state health administration.

This course will provide the student with the necessary knowledge to attend in the realization of elementary and normalized clinical analyzes, under the supervision of the optional. The present training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF0367_2 Elementary Clinical Analysis, certifying having exceeded the different competition units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through work experience Formal, via which will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed for all those students who want to guide their future work towards elementary clinical analysis activities within pharmacy establishments and services, or those who want to update their professional knowledge.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
