MF0515-3 Course

In the field of physical and sports activities it is necessary to know the different fields of group physical conditioning with musical support, within the professional area of physical-sports activities. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for choreographies.

- Analyze the elements that favor a correct body alignment in the practice of aerobics and related activities establishing, where appropriate, the means that allow correcting it - analyze and reproduce with correction the technique of the basic and advanced steps of the aerobic and its related activities demonstrating the capacity of creative combination and deduction of all its variants for its application in the elaboration of choreographies - interpret and reproduce in a different practical way given choreographies that are registered in audiovisual or written support, discriminating their choreographic and musical structure - select the most appropriate music/s to different choreographic compositions suitable for being used in collective fitness programs with musical support, identifying its structural elements and possibilities of application -use. - Design choreographies and choreographic progressions typical of collective fitness with musical support, to be used in collective fitness programs with musical support. - Prepare the musical support by addition of previously selected musical pieces to adapt it to a reference choreography.

It develops its activity both in the public sphere, whether the general administration of the State, the autonomic or local administrations, as in private entities, whether large, medium or small businesses, in gyms, sports services, sports bosses or municipal sports entities, clubs or sports associations, clubs or social associations, tourism companies (hotels, camping, spas, other companies, large companies with sports services for their employees for their employees geriatric or social centers, sports federations, public sports organizations (deputations, general sports directorates, others).

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF0515_3 choreographies, certifying having exceeded the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which you will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls Different Autonomous Communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at professionals in the world of physical and sports activities, specifically in group physical conditioning with musical support, within the professional area of recreational physical-sports activities, and all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to choreographies.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
