MF2230-3 course course

In the field of graphic arts, it is necessary to know the different fields of illustration, within the professional area artistic activities and techniques. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to define the illustration project.

- Analyze the relevant legal aspects in the writing of illustration work contracts, valuing their implications in the development of the project. - Identify the rights by the not hired use of illustrations, distinguishing the various modalities of use: reprographic rights, emission rights, online use and others, and their legal limits. - Know the professional associative space - Associations, Management Societies, Agencies-, distinguishing its specific functions and valuing its usefulness in the framework of customer and users relationships - Value the viability of individual professional representation through agency, according to the uses of the different professional fields, markets and countries - assess illustration projects of different nature evaluating the needs of its development according to defined technical conditions and according to the established function and nature. - Economically value illustration projects, analyzing all the aspects involved in their entire development, based on technical, temporal and economic indications.

It develops its professional activity in publishing companies, illustration and design studies, advertising agencies, producing or audiovisual media, art departments in the press and dissemination, video game producers. In general, he performs his work on his own, as an independent professional or in business association, although it can also be on behalf of others, in companies or workshops of small, medium or large size.

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF2230_3 Illustration projects, certifying having overcome the different competence units included, and is aimed at accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding professional certificate, through the respective calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at professionals in the world of graphic arts, specifically in illustration, within the professional area artistic activities and graphic techniques, and to all those interested in acquiring necessary knowledge to define the illustration project

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
