Physical conditioning course with musical support (federated card)

Practical training that enables to practice professionally as a Fitness professor and group activities directed with music either in a gym, sports federation, athletics club, etc. The Spanish Fitness Federation accredits only the contents referring to physical activity, any mention to technical-tactical aspects is outside its competences and accreditation.

- Analyze and reproduce with correction the technique of the basic and advanced steps of the Aerobic and its related activities demonstrating the capacity for creative combination and deduction of all its variants for its application in the elaboration of choreographies. - Analyze the implications that for the improvement of the quality of life has the practice of physical activities and the type of habits and complementary practices to the physical activity that it has in a direct impact on health. - Relate the foundations of the different training systems for the improvement of conditional capacities with the elaboration of collective fitness programs with musical support. - Prepare the specific programming of a collective fitness room with musical support. - Develop physical conditioning programs in group with musical support adapted to the different variants of this type of activities based on the topologies and levels of the most common users. - Establish the processes and periodic for the qualitative and quantitative evaluation of the objectives established in the different physical conditioning programs with a musical support checking the quality of the service it offers. - Direct collective fitness activities with musical support by applying the most appropriate methodological strategies. - Evaluate collective fitness programs with musical support, both in its different stages (cycles) and in its complete development, in relation to, the quality of the service and the degree of user satisfaction/customers for the evolution of their physical and technical condition. - Identify and apply in simulated situations the most common emergency plans in sports facilities.

Fitness professor in sports centers, gyms, etc.

This course will provide the student with the necessary knowledge to be a Fitness Professor and Group Activities directed with music, obtaining knowledge about the technical domain, interpretation and execution of choreographic sequences and compositions, learning about programming in collective fitness with musical support and knowing how to direct and energize collective fitness activities.

This course is aimed for all those who want to guide their future work towards the sports sector, more specifically as a Fitness professor. As well as for all those who want to expand their professional knowledge about this area.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University and PhD master). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
