- Interpret the legislation and regulations regarding consumption of different products and services for common or generalized use and/or related activities. - Design actions and instruments of control and surveillance of compliance with the legal requirements or objectives preferred by a company/sector in terms of consumption, in the local and autonomic environment. - Apply pre -established procedures in consumption control actions incorporating the criteria for health protection, safety and transparency to the consumer/client. - Prepare reports of control actions and consumer inspection certificates. - Determine the information needs of collective consumers, companies and organizations in the matter of production and responsible consumption of goods and services. - Define precise communication actions to disseminate the rights of consumers and in accordance with established specifications, contemplating available aids and subsidies. - Sensitize and develop actions for the dissemination of information on responsible consumption and social responsibility of companies. - Assess the importance of evaluating the quality and effectiveness of an information action to consumers by applying methods and techniques for verification and evaluation according to established specifications.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
