Practical Course: Stress Management

Stress is one of the main causes of casualties in our labor system, it also affects our quality of life and our short and long term health, hence preventing its effects and learning to handle external situations generating negative stress so that they do not become a source of tension and discomfort is a step towards stability and well -being. This course will provide the appropriate knowledge and awareness necessary for good management of our emotions, thought and situations in the stress process, through a series of coping techniques, allowing control of our behavior in these situations causing discomfort.

- Know what stress and its different meanings and types consist of. - Analyze how stress affects us in all areas of life, both personal and work. - Identify the factors and situations that cause work stress and learn to treat them and correct them effectively. - Know our level of stress. - Describe the different personal stress control techniques, with useful and practical advice. - Put into practice a stress coping technique.

In clinical, psychological, social, labor, business intervention, in any professional field where people have to withstand high pressure and responsibility.

This course prepares you to acquire knowledge of the concept and process of stress, to know how to differentiate it from other physiological or somatic sensations, to learn the techniques and strategies necessary for its coping and overcoming.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
